Here's something different for breakfast. It's a poached egg with a twist. Once you try it, it will definitely become a staple food in your house!

Ingredients

GARLIC YOGHURT

  • 3 Tbsp Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 Tbsp Mint (Chopped)
  • 1/2 Clove of Garlic (Chopped)
  • Sprinkle of Salt

CHILLI BUTTER

  • 1 Tbsp Butter (Melted)
  • Pinch of Chilli Flakes
  • 1/2 Tsp Paprika

EGG

  • 2 Eggs
  • Few drops of Vinegar

Directions

  1. In a bowl, add yoghurt, chopped mint, chopped garlic and a pinch of salt, then set aside.
  2. Next, take another bowl and mix the pre-melted butter, paprika and chilli flakes, then set aside.
  3. Add water into a pan and heat till water reaches a rolling boil, then add few drops of vinegar and create a vortex (with whisk).
  4. Next, slowly slide in the eggs and cook for 3 minutes till the eggs are poached.
  5. Place garlic yoghurt onto a plate, then place the poached eggs on top and drizzle the chilli butter.
  6. Enjoy!!!
