Vanilla French Toast

This Vanilla French Toast with Ice Cream is delicious, you need to try it. It's decadent.

Ingredients

FRENCH TOAST

  • Brioche Bread
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 80ml Milk
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • Butter

TOPPINGS

  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Melted Chocolate
  • Sprig of Mint
  • Vanilla Ice Cream

Directions

  1. In a bowl, add eggs, milk, melted vanilla ice cream, vanilla essence and cinnamon.
  2. Whisk together till combined.
  3. Slice a brioche loaf into thick slices (1″).
  4. Soak the brioche slices into the mixture for 10 seconds on each side.
  5. Next, heat the butter in a pan, once sizzling add in the soaked brioche slices.
  6. Sprinkle sugar on each side and cook until golden.
  7. Once cooked, place the toast on a plate and top with toppings of your choice.
  8. Enjoy!!!
