Having Puri in the morning is a delightful way to start the day. This crispy, deep-fried bread, often paired with flavourful accompaniments like aloo bhaji or chana masala, offers a warm and satisfying meal. .
Ingredients
INGREDIENTS- 1 Cup Chapatti flour
- 1 Tsp Oil/Margarine
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin
- 1/2 Cup Boiling Water
Directions
- Add flour, oil, salt and cumin into a bowl and mix.
- Gradually add in the boiling water, whilst mixing, until dough forms into a roll able dough.
- Roll out the Puri’s into desired shape and size.
- Boil water in a pan.
- Add the Puri’s to the water for a few seconds, remove Puri and pat dry.
- Place the Puri in the airfryer and set for 5 minutes at 200 degrees.
