Having Puri in the morning is a delightful way to start the day. This crispy, deep-fried bread, often paired with flavourful accompaniments like aloo bhaji or chana masala, offers a warm and satisfying meal. .

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Cup Chapatti flour
  • 1 Tsp Oil/Margarine
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 Cup Boiling Water

Directions

  1. Add flour, oil, salt and cumin into a bowl and mix.
  2. Gradually add in the boiling water, whilst mixing, until dough forms into a roll able dough.
  3. Roll out the Puri’s into desired shape and size.
  4. Boil water in a pan.
  5. Add the Puri’s to the water for a few seconds, remove Puri and pat dry.
  6. Place the Puri in the airfryer and set for 5 minutes at 200 degrees.
  7. Enjoy
