Air-fried Okra fries are a deliciously crispy, healthier alternative to traditional fried okra. The air fryer reduces Okra's natural slime, giving it a crunchy texture with minimal oil, while allowing seasonings like garlic, chilli or cumin to shine. They're easy to make, flavourful, and perfect as a snack or side dish, offering all the satisfaction of fries without the oil and carbs.
