This Vanilla French Toast with Ice Cream is delicious, you need to try it. It's decadent.
Ingredients
FRENCH TOAST
- Brioche Bread
- 2 Large Eggs
- 80ml Milk
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- Butter
TOPPINGS
- Raspberries
- Blueberries
- Strawberries
- Melted Chocolate
- Sprig of Mint
- Vanilla Ice Cream
Directions
- In a bowl, add eggs, milk, melted vanilla ice cream, vanilla essence and cinnamon.
- Whisk together till combined.
- Slice a brioche loaf into thick slices (1″).
- Soak the brioche slices into the mixture for 10 seconds on each side.
- Next, heat the butter in a pan, once sizzling add in the soaked brioche slices.
- Sprinkle sugar on each side and cook until golden.
- Once cooked, place the toast on a plate and top with toppings of your choice.
- Enjoy!!!
