Ingredients
PATTY
- 560g Wagyu Mince
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Black Pepper
BURGER SAUCE
- 1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise
- Squirt of Tomato Sauce
- 1 Tsp Sweet Pickle Relish
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Cajun Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Mustard Sauce
Directions
BURGER SAUCE
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, garlic powder, cajun powder, and mustard sauce.
PATTY
- In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper and mince meat.
- Once mixed, divide the mixture into 70g meat patty balls.
- Then, make thin patties.
- Next, melt butter in a pan and place the patties into the pan.
- Let it cook for 30-45 seconds on each side.
- Place 1 slice of American cheese on top of the patties and let it melt.
ASSEMBLY
- Toast brioche buns in a pan with some butter till soft.
- Spread burger sauce onto the brioche buns.
- Then, add on two cooked patties and add salad of your choice.
- To keep the burger warm and soft, wrap the burger in foil.
- Enjoy!!!
