Wagyu Double Cheeseburger

Ingredients

PATTY

  • 560g Wagyu Mince
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper

BURGER SAUCE

  • 1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise
  • Squirt of Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cajun Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Mustard Sauce

Directions

BURGER SAUCE

  1. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, garlic powder, cajun powder, and mustard sauce.

PATTY

  1. In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper and mince meat.
  2. Once mixed, divide the mixture into 70g meat patty balls.
  3. Then, make thin patties.
  4. Next, melt butter in a pan and place the patties into the pan.
  5. Let it cook for 30-45 seconds on each side.
  6. Place 1 slice of American cheese on top of the patties and let it melt.

ASSEMBLY

  1. Toast brioche buns in a pan with some butter till soft.
  2. Spread burger sauce onto the brioche buns.
  3. Then, add on two cooked patties and add salad of your choice.
  4. To keep the burger warm and soft, wrap the burger in foil.
  5. Enjoy!!!
