  • 2 Tbsp Oregano
  • Half a cup Olive oil
  • 2 Pinches Salt
  • 2 Pinches Black pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Mint sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1kg Lamb Chops
EXTRAS
  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • Butter

Directions

  1. Mix together all the ingredients for the marinade.
  2. Marinate the chops for a minimum of 2 hours.
  3. Heat up a pan (high heat) and once hot add in a small cube of butter.
  4. Lower the heat to a medium temperature.
  5. Cook the chops for 2-4 minutes on each side depending on how you like them cooked. The chops will be medium cooked and enjoy. If you liked your lamb chops cooked further then follow on to the next step.
  6. Place the lamb chops in an oven safe tray.
  7. Next, drizzle the extra balsamic vinegar on the lamb chops and add in some more butter in the pan.
  8. Cover the tray with foil and place in oven on gas mark 4.
  9. Leave in oven for around 10 minutes.
  10. Enjoy!
